Emotional Endurance® Workshop Presenter Training

Goal: This course is designed to prepare Emotional Endurance® Facilitators and/or Emotional Endurance® Trainers to present Emotional Endurance® training seminars and workshops. This course starts with a personal growth segment designed to help the presenter actualize their full potential as a presenter.

Certification Permissions: Graduates may:

• Represent themselves publicly as Certified Emotional Endurance® Workshop Presenters;

• Conduct Employee to Entrepreneur™ and Emotional Endurance® workshops.

•  Market their workshops and have workshops listed on the Emotional Endurance® Institute website;

• Have use of the Emotional Endurance® logo to market the Emotional Endurance Workshops;

• Present up to one-day seminars or lectures on Emotional Endurance techniques for educational and/or marketing purposes;

• Present one-day seminars or lectures to professionals on Emotional Endurance® Training for educational and/or marketing purposes as long as it is clear in all promotional material that the seminar or lecture is educational and is not considered a training or a certification program.

Admission Pre-requisites:

1. All applicants for the Emotional Endurance Workshop Presenters Training Program must be certified as Emotional Endurance® Trainers or Facilitators and have facilitated Employee to Entrepreneur Discussion Groups for at least one year or practiced as an Emotional Endurance Trainer as a business coach/counselor for at least six months.

OR

2. All applicants who are certified as Emotional Endurance Trainers or Emotional Endurance Facilitators and are experienced at giving presentations and would like to be an Emotional Endurance Workshop Presenter but do not have the above prerequisites must participate in a private training session (teleseminar or in person) with Suzanne Mulvehill (fee $500).

Admission Requirements

1. Submit the Workshop Presenter registration form.

2. Submit a VHS tape showing work as a public speaker or workshop leader taped in front of an audience done within the last twelve months.

3. Be certified as an Emotional Endurance® Facilitator and/or Emotional Endurance® Trainer.

Course Requirements

1. Attend/participate in ALL training sessions either online, via teleseminar or in person.

2. Complete required readings.

3. Organize and lead two Emotional Endurance workshops.

4. Submit videotaped excerpts from each workshop for assessment.

5. Candidate is responsible to attend and help facilitate at least one workshop presented  by Suzanne Mulvehill.

6. Submit all participant evaluations from your first two training workshops.

7. Execute an Emotional Endurance® Workshop Presenter contract with the Emotional Endurance Institute.

Continuing Education

All Certified Emotional Endurance Workshop Presenters must accrue 10 hrs. of Continuing Education every two years. This is the case for all advanced certifications. A common method of gaining the 10 hrs. of CE credits is by either facilitating an Employee to Entrepreneur Discussion Group in your area, or by attending a workshop or event presented by Suzanne Mulvehill.

In the future, continuing education can be accrued by attending the annual Emotional Endurance Workshop Presenters Update meeting. 

Tuition

$2,500 for Emotional Endurance® Trainers

$1,500 for Emotional Endurance® Facilitators

A Non-refundable Deposit of $800 along with completed Registration Form is to be sent to the Emotional Endurance Institute, Training Department, 607 South M Street, Lake Worth, FL  33460.  The down payment (check or credit card) is made out to EEI. The balance is due is to be paid in full three weeks before the start of the training. If you would like a payment program, this can often be arranged directly with the EEI.

Licensing Rights: Once you are certified as an Emotional Endurance® Workshop Presenter, you will have the opportunity to license the use of the workshops. Fees are as follows:

A one-time fee of $1,500 for each program listed below plus 20% licensing fee for each presentation given. Booklets for each seminar cost $3.00 each. Bundled Package: You can buy the rights to present all three programs for $2,500 (a 45% discount) plus the 20% licensing fee for each seminar/workshop given.
