Community Involvement

The Emotional Endurance Community Involvement reflects comments from around the world from people like you and me who are developing their Emotional Endurance and withstanding the challenges of personal and professional alone. This section is a reminder that we are not alone on the journey. We are in the process of making this section interactive so you too can share your experience building Emotional Endurance.

Hello Suzanne,

Thank you for taking a moment to listen and provide assistance. My name is Rhonda Rhodes and I designed and patented the post-surgical bra for breast augmentation and mastectomy patients as well as for nursing mothers. Your piece on the Big Idea was inspiring and motivational. I needed to reexamine myself this week. I have been diligently working on the R&D and traveling all over to find a reputable manufacturer as well as get the exposure it needs for over a year, and sometimes it is discouraging. I am confident in the TheraBras success, for it is innovative and unique and I will be donating 10% of the proceeds of each bra sold to breast Cancer Research. I havent been this passionate about anything else besides my children in my life. I also have another idea for PPH patients that I havent patented yet. My mother has PPH with a catheter in her chest and it is difficult for her to wear a bra. Thank you again, and if you come across anyone in your network that could be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to share my information. I genuinely cannot wait to help millions of women through difficult times in their lives, and fight the war on breast cancer "One bra at a time". My vision is for the purple orchid to be another avenue to raise money for breast cancer.

Thank you again,
Rhonda Rhodes
