The Emotional Endurance® Institute is an international training organization that focuses on building professionals from the “inside” out. Our goal is to improve the success rate
of businesses worldwide through the development of Emotional Endurance®
Suzanne Mulvehill, MBA is the executive director of the Emotional Endurance® Institute. She launched the Institute following her own tumultuous transition into entrepreneurship followed by her experience counseling more than 500 entrepreneurs at the largest Small Business Development Center in the U.S. She discovered that most entrepreneurs were challenged with the emotional transition into entrepreneurship more so than the business transition – meaning that dealing with fears, developing confidence, overcoming one’s own blocks to entrepreneurship were more challenging than writing a business plan, learning how to market one’s business or getting funded.
Suzanne authored Employee to Entrepreneur: A Mind, Body and Spirit Transition and has developed training programs that have been endorsed by national and international organizations. She has taught her courses at organizations throughout the U.S. and Europe that include:
- National Business Incubation Association
- United Kingdom Business Incubation Association
- South East England Development Agency
- U.S. Small Business Administration
- Alaska Small Business Development Center
- National Council for Resource, Conservation and Development
The Emotional Endurance® Institute provides retreats, workshops, e-books, online training and other forms of business support for entrepreneurs and trainers worldwide.
