The Emotional Endurance Facilitator Training Program provides skills for facilitators to lead Employee to Entrepreneur Discussion Groups. The training teaches the emotional endurance skills that are designed to be integrated into the facilitator skill set and are an asset whether working directly or indirectly with entrepreneurs.
The training is normally $500.00 and is free for those who are willing to lead an Employee to Entrepreneur Discussion group in their area once a month for a year. The training consists of 4 one hour pre-recorded webinars and an e-copy of Suzanne's book, Employee to Entrepreneur.

Once facilitators are certified, they have the option to become Emotional Endurance® Trainers and/or Emotional Endurance Work-shop Presenter. To register for the facilitator training, email Suzanne or fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

Emotional Endurance Facilitator Techniques

Ten Emotional Endurance counseling techniques are shared, discussed and practiced to help business counselors/coaches identify when their clients are masking emotional challenges. Rarely do we hear an entrepreneur say that their fear is affecting their ability to make sales. The Emotional Endurance Counseling Techniques are designed to help identify emotional challenges and raise the entrepreneur's awareness.

The following modules, based on Suzanne Mulvehill's book, Employee to Entrepreneur, provide tools and techniques to help entrepreneurs develop their awareness and strengthen their emotional endurance:

Module #1 - Developing Courage and Confidence
Objective: Provide courage and confidence techniques to help business counselors support clients who are starting or growing their business.

Module #2 - Connecting to One’s Passion
Objective: Help clients recognize their strengths, weaknesses, value and uniqueness as an entrepreneur.

Module #3- Preparing the Mind, Body and Spirit
Objective: Help clients develop themselves mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually for their entrepreneurial journey.

Module #4 - Overcoming the Obstacles
Objective: Help clients overcome the obstacles they are confronted with, such as making excuses and overcoming the "not good enough" syndrome.

Module #5 - Breaking through the Fears
Objective: Help client’s address and work through their fears as they relate to starting or running a business.

Module #6 - Leaving the Comfort Zone
Objective: Help clients recognize and accept their uncomfortable feelings that show up when starting a business or shifting to a new level of business.

Module #7 - Before the Money Flows
Objective: Help clients understand success and build trust into the entrepreneurial process particularly before the money flows.
